Defend New Hampshire’s RGGI Program!
Please help AMC preserve the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), an important clean energy program for NH, by asking your state senator to oppose the RGGI repeal bill passed by the NH House last week. This bill, HB 519, blocks NH’s participation in this ten state northeastern initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. RGGI, which has been in effect for two years, is a successful, market-driven, emissions reduction program that reduces energy use and fosters energy efficiency in our state.
Take Action: Speak out against the effort to repeal the successful Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), which has funded 30 projects and programs to reduce energy use in New Hampshire.
