Conservation Groups Raise Concerns about Northern Pass Conflict of Interest

In a joint letter to DOE, nine organizations, including AMC, the Conservation Law Foundation, and the Forest Society, expressed deep concern over a conflict of interest, discovered by CLF, in the selection process for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) contractor for the Northern Pass project.  The letter demands that the contractor be removed and calls for an “open, fair, and impartial” review of the controversial power line project.
