In a joint letter to DOE, nine organizations, including AMC, the Conservation Law Foundation, and the Forest Society, expressed deep concern over a conflict of interest, discovered by CLF, in the selection process for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) contractor for the Northern Pass project.
