On April 10th the Obama Administration released its FY2014 budget. We are pleased the budget includes $600 million for the Land and Water Conservation Fund. This funding will provide much needed support for the National Trail System and will fund specific projects throughout AMC’s region along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail and the New England National Scenic Trail.
