New York Times Features Maine Mountain Protected by AMC

Don’t miss this past Sunday’s New York Times feature story, Bushwhacking Up Maine’s Baker Mountain, for a taste of hiking the “prominent peak” near AMC’s Little Lyford Lodge & Cabins.

Last year AMC permanently protected the scenic and ecologically significant lands on and around Baker, the second highest peak in Maine between Bigelow Mountain and Katahdin, that are now part of AMC’s more than 70,000 acres of Maine Woods outdoor recreation and conservation lands.
